🧑🍳 HOW TO PREPARE BANANA JEMPUT & BILIS JJEMPUT
1. Put a few spoonfuls of Jepomt flour into a bowl with water & stir well
2. Heat oil in a pan then fry until golden. Lift & drain
3. Ready to eat
🧑🍳 HOW TO PREPARE MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE & BUTTER RAISIN
1. Prepare cake flour 250g, butter 150g, eggs 150g (approx. 3 eggs), water 50ml, additional raisins @ fresh fruit
2. Beat the eggs until fluffy & set aside
3. Turn the butter until white
4. Combine eggs, butter, premix flour & water in a larger bowl & stir slowly until well combined
5. Put the mixture into a 6x6 pan that has been smeared with margarine
6. For Moist Chocolate Cake. Steam the cake mix for more moist for 40 minutes
7. For Butter Raisin Cake. Bake in the oven at 170 celsius for 50 minutes
8. Remove the cake and decorate it with melted chocolate @ raisins
9. Ready to eat
